Palestinians protest against the Israeli Palestinian negotiations, in the West Bank city of Nablus, Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2010. Israeli and Palestinian leaders are "getting down to business" on the major issues dividing them in peace talks, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Wednesday, but gave no sign they are any closer to resolving a looming crisis over Israeli West Bank settlements. Palestinians object to all of Israel's West Bank settlements, which have scattered some 300,000 Israelis among the territory's 2.5 million Palestinians and eat up land the Palestinians want for a future state.
