Palestinian women pour the dough of grapes to dry it, at a workshop in the West Bank City of Hebron, Sept 10, 2013. Hebron is known for its lush grape vineyards due to the Hebron's metropolitan area that forms the highest settled part of the country. Because of this height, nights are cool, the dew is heavy in summer, and plenty of winter rain. The valleys mix alluvial soil with fertile loess. Photo by Mamoun Wazwaz
