A Palestinian worker gathers burned wheat while producing the 'Freekeh' on a farm near the west bank city of Jenin 26, April 2015. Freekeh a cereal food made from green wheat that goes through a roasting process in its production. It is an ancient Arabian dish popular in Palestine, Jordan and Egypt. The wheat is harvested while the grains are yellow and the seeds are still soft. Then piled and sun-dried. The piles are then set on fire so only the straw and chaff burn. Photo by Nedal Eshtayah
