Egyptians supporters of ousted president Morsi hold posters depicting him and others depicting a hand in a sign of the number four during a Friday protest called for by the Muslim Brotherhood outside al-Aziz Bellah Mosque, Egypt, 23 August 2013. The four is a reference to the mosque near the bigger sit-in location named Rabaa Al-Adawiya, Rabaa being the name of a saint but it also meaning 'four' in Arabic. Supporters of ousted president Mohamed Morsi were planning marches nationwide in what they called the 'Friday of Martyrs' following the weekly noon prayers, a day after toppled president Hosny Mubarak was released from prison and placed under house arrest.
